So I know there are many threads about adding something similar to this product to get your blinkers to operate as blinkers/running/brake lights: http://www.biketronics.com/bt400-tailstopper/
Really pretty straight forward, plug and play.
I would really like mine to only operate as running lights and blinkers and not brake lights though. I've tried to search around and see if anyone has come up with a solution to this but haven't found anything. Anyone have any ideas?
That's a thought, but it looks like it's connected by a harness that plugs into the Harley harness. To do that you would have to cut, add wire and reconnect. Sort of defeats the plug-n-play. But.... that's is an option.
Yeah I don't mind doing a little wiring if I have to, but certainly easier if the custom dynamics module does what I need it to do. Again thanks for the help.

I did it on a previous bike. Just change out the "guts" of the stock turn signals to 1157 sockets, and splice in or tap into the extra wire to the running circuit to the stock tail light running circuit. However, you probably want to do this only if the bulbs in the turn signals are also changed to LEDs, so they won't draw too much power on that running circuit, blowing the fuse. Not sure if CANBUS might affect your ability to do this, though. Also, you shouldn't need a load equalizer or changing the flasher module unless you change both front and rear signals to LED, and I've heard that if you bike is a '14 or newer, you don't need one anyway.
