My pegs are very stiff so it would take a literal paint shaker to move them. Regardless, Make sure you isolate drivetrain from chassis as best you can when diagnosing vibes at speed. Slightly above the vibration speed(s), declutch and let the engine idle down while the bike coasts thru the vibration speed range. If the vibration still occurs, it's very likely NOT the mounts.
Some exhausts, when loose or misaligned, have been known to create some pretty bad vibes. Tire/wheel balance, of course, is always possible. Engine tune can change vibrations, too. Also, anything else loose can contribute.

Thanks, yes I've done the above several times at different speeds, different gear, wind her up to 4000rpm, pull clutch in to idle, coast beautifully, it's not speed related.
