Well, 10.5 volts is 0% charge. You have to get to 11.3v to reach 10%, so I wouldn't say "there is juice in the battery".

First thing to do is charge the battery (12.6 volts is 100%) and have it tested.

Actually, 13.2V is "fully charged." (Each cell is 2.2V when fully charged.)

This is for a typical AGM or lead acid battery of cells.

But back to the OP.

10.6V is deader than a door nail.

3 years is about right for a Yuasa battery on average. (Yeah, yeah, I know. Some get 7 years outa their batteries. Some get 8 months. )

The battery should be load tested (free at auto parts stores). Even if you bench charge it to just over 13 volts, it still could be bad and drop instantly under load. I've had this happen twice in recent years, not on the Dyna, but on one of my other bikes (Moto Guzzi), and I always use battery maintainers.

Flooded cell lead acid chemistry was good for 2.1 (actually 2.12) volts per cell, or 12.6 - 12.7 volts for a conventional 12 volt battery. You can charge them to a little more than that, but it's what called "surface charge" and as soon as you put a load on the battery it disappears. AGM batteries are a little higher and 2.2 volts per cell or 13.2 volts for a 6 cell, 12 volt battery.

Just reviewed all the battery related posts. You've had two consecutive rides that resulted in two dead batteries. I think the inescapable conclusion is that your charging system is shot, and it's pretty likely there's nothing wrong with (either) battery.

This is why I no longer keep any batteries on maintainers continuously. YMMV...
