Removal:
1. Pull riser cover from between handlebar risers.
2. Squeeze clips (2) together and gently pull LED assembly (1) from handlebar cover (3).
Installation:
1. Install LED assembly (1) into handlebar cover.
2. Engage clips (2) into tabs on LED assembly.
3. Install riser cover between handlebar risers.

I can't recall where I saw it (maybe in this forum?) but someone was able to disassemble the Indicator Light console and use the wires for Neutral and Oil Pressure to power LED bolts that secured the Dash to the Gas Tank. The bolts would be something like this:
