i cleaned out TB and sprayed inside the sensor hole with acohol....air filter was full of bugs too so i cleaned that too....
i have no idea how to check for fuel cable leaks though and CPS
i aksed harley service if I can use wd40 but they said it will clog **** up....so they told me break fluid which i dont have or alcohol.....
i am waiting for throttle body spray to arrive though.....i have only regular wd 40 at home....
can you describe how did your bike stutter?
mine lowers the rpm suddenly in idle so it is like you hear to a wave of some sort....or like it want to shut off....maybe like it does not get fuel for a second or something

and when I use low rpm just idling the throttle during drive it does the same thing, it is not smooth it stutters a bit....jumps

The CPS is located on the front of the engine near the oil filter. 2 screws hold it in there. Remove, wipe it off, reinstall.
WD40 will not clog anything up.

To inspect the fuel lines, you will need to remove the fuel pump assembly that is inside the tank. Console & top plate will have to come off. It's kind of a job but very doable. Make sure you're low on gas if/when you do this. Also, you might as well replace the fuel filter while you're in there. It is possible that is clogged causing this.

My fuel line symptoms was hiccuping at cruising speed, sometimes on acceleration. Idled just fine. Maybe you have a bad throttle position sensor (TPS).

TPS could be bad, is it hard to replace?
There are so many things you can replace...just a game of cats and mouse......
CPS you mean speed sensor ....it had only 1 screw and like a black valve inside, no metal filings on it, it was clean...
but replacing speed sensor would be hard i think....i dont know how to get those two pins in place....

TPS is easy to replace.
It is a game. You can take it somewhere that has the proper tools and knowledge to diagnose it and tell you what the issue is. But that's no fun.
You're right, only one screw. For some reason I thought I remember there being 2. It's likely not the issue, so if it's clean, it's probably good.

Have you checked for any error codes? You'll have to refer to a youtube video on how to do that as I don't remember exactly how that is done.

Immediately? No. They will probably want to have it for couple hours at least, charge you couple hundred bucks at least + whatever needs to be done to fix it.
