I just put new plugs in my FXB last week, applied engine oil to threads as this is what the official HD manual says... will this be good enough as I dont have anti-seize ?
This would be a good time to invest in some good non metal anti seize like Lb-8023. There are a couple of other very close non metal products but the non metal marine (Lb-8023)will definitely help with galvanic corrosion with all the benefits of anti seize.
A little expensive but you will use the rest of your life. Maybe even split it with some friends. A little goes a long way.
Note: The non metal anti seize was brought to our attention last year from member and Mod cggorman...Thank You

I wouldn't use any type of anti-seize on spark plugs but if you do use it you'll want to reduce the torque value when you install them. The anti-seize will act as a lubricant and can increase torque by as much as 20%. Modern plugs have a plating that acts as an anti-seize. Almost all spark plug manufacturers warn against the use of anti-seize, it's an old habit that just won't die.
Maybe I'm just one of the lucky ones: have always installed plugs "dry" without lube or anti-seize on first my EVO-80" and now my TC-96" and never had a problem with galling. I've been tempted because of horror stories like the OP's, but never got around to using any goop on my plugs. FWIW, I only use Screamin' Eagle plugs. OP - good luck on getting your plug holes fixed.

As long as you used oem type plugs (they already have a sacrificial coating on the threads that will prevent galling).
The threads on the plug in the OP`s picture look like they have no coating, I would have used anti seize on them for sure.
I have been using this on all my vehicles for 30 years as well as when I was a full time mechanic
Don`t just use anti seize on any spark plug, some vehicle manufacturers say no anti seize or lubricant on plug threads.
Some spark plugs will thread in too far when threads are lubricated and damage the threads in the cylinder head (if you see a Crown Victoria or Grand Marquis with a dimple in the hood, you know the guy used anti seize on the spark plug threads ).
Some Shovelhead manuals call for motor oil.
TC manual calls for anti seize.
M8 service manual calls for spark threads to be clean and dry.
There is no standard answer other than to follow the service manual.
Pull the head. I know some swear you can tap and use a helicoil, I wouldnt risk getting threading chips on the piston. Many people swear the inserts will come out.
I wouldn’t risk getting threading chips on the piston.
I've done dozens (probably more than 100) helicoils over the years. Never once had a problem. Besides, any chips a careless mechanic might leave will be blown out the exhaust port first time the engine rotates.
If the FSM calls for engine oil then anti-seize won't appreciably affect the torque.
