I read conflicting things..... some say change the bearings others say the factory one is fine.. now if i change it i need to go buy them 2 expensive tools. if i dont then i may be able to get buy without buying any extra tools. To change the bearings or not??

You will probably love the 37's.

you will need to get two of the old EVO lifter block aligment screws to align the cam plate to the oil pump.

I just used needle nose pliers and an alan key to hold the tensioners.
I have seen the newer bearings and they are different than the ones on my 05. and I dont think you will need a press either for getting the cams out of the support plate, I think they just slide out.
the inner bearings are bigger too, and if you have low miles on it just put the cams in and let her rip!

The info on HH's site is for the old spring loaded tensioner set up. It will not apply for a '07 bike with the newer hydraulic tensioners.

You mention "not going gear drive yet." If that means that you may be going gear drive in the future, I hope you are aware that you will have to buy new cams when you do. Chain drive cams and gear drive cams are not the same.

With the '06 Dynas and all '07's, they used a redesigned roller chain drive with hydraulic tensioner. It appears to be a much better setup than the older silent chain drive with the mechanical tensioners. The 37 is a nice all-around cam, comparable to the S&S 510 grind.
