Well that’s unusual. I thought the UK has reciprocity with the US on patent/copyright/trademark infringement. I would think a UK company would not make such an exact copy of a patented design. But what do I know. Maybe since it’s a three piece design instead of one piece the patent no longer applies.

Red Thunder bought the right to reproduce from Thunderheader. But they are a sales department, so they outsource the production to Arrow. And by the way, Arrow have brought now a slightly altered version on the European market.

I must admit, that I always thought that Arrows was made in UK.
But it is actually made in Italy.

Yes I saw that. Their version is called “Mohican”

And a licensing deal would explain the identical design, but from a business standpoint it’s basically shooting yourself in the foot.

Doesn’t look as good as yours. The connection with the tubes and muffler are different and I don’t like the big sign.

from there salesrep. And I just heared because of the Brexit the production is moved back to Italy. There is some quality los expected. 😉. Italy is greate for design and foot. Not so much for quality.

you’re completely correct, the market is slimming down because all the noice regulations here in Europe. And Harley’s represent just a small number in the motorbike total here in Europe. The south of Europe has mostly scooters and small bikes. In Norther Europe is BMW GS marktleader.
