This is exactly why I felt like I had just won the lottery when I cracked mine loose without any trouble. That was the only part I dreaded.

I got rid of my O2 sensors on my 06 LowRider all together. I bought my V&H pipes with the O2 bungs, and saved the sensors in case I ever wanted to put them back in. I just went to the hardware store and bought threaded copper plugs to use instead of installing the O2 sensors. The setup gives me options to go either way. Runs like a champ with the PCIII USB & Big Sucker AC.

Same thing happened to my street bob when I put the 2-1 pipe on. When the pipe came apart, I just cut the bung with a grinding disk and was able to save the sensor. Pain in the ***.

same thinghappened to me the front o2 sensor was stuck on the pipe i managed to get the o2 out threads and all and said screw it put the on the new pythons. oh well dont plan on taking the off any time soon.
