Hale's also offers 20% on H-D parts, but also offers it on Kuryakn and anything out of Drag Specialties. Their shipping is MUCH faster, too. They will ship what they have in stock right away and send the rest with no additional shipping costs when it comes in. I have never waited more than 5-6 days for anything through Hale's.

I will NEVER set foot in chicago HD!!! they are the worst dealer on earth, tried VERy hard to rip me off just cause i was a young kid... they did not expect me to check the work only to discover they did not install the parts! and/or the download, then TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR MY DISK!!! never again! i use suburban (city limits) HD... they know my name they bend over to help me out! love it! small town dealer feel with big time service... great group of people. i gladly pay the price they ask just for the service i recive!

do dealers frown on you bringing in parts ot have installed? I would like to order a seat, tail light, and turn signals as well as a leather jacket and forcewinder. if it will save me some money, i am all for it.

I have bought from them and have no complaints, did take a little longer on some parts if not in stock, but with 20% off, no sales tax, and very little for shipping, I could wait. Lot of my friends here also use them, that's how I found out. Have a local shop that installs anything I get from them, they were ones who told me about it also. Do use dealer if need something small and in a hurry, but major buys are from Chicago.

I am just going to ask my LD to match the price. It is pretty simple. give me 20% off and lose some of the profit, or don't give me any discount and lose ALL of the profit. seems simple enough to me.
