I might not have looked at it closely enough, but it sure didn't appear that the shaft hole in the new chrome outer cover was going to contact the inner primary to make a seal. Oh well, its on and looks fine and I will just leave it and deal with the little plug. The problem with it is that the "teeth" that hold it in place do not grab the cover like they did on the old primary. I know it sounds lame to glue something to it, but other than taking it off and adding a bolt or something that seems to be the best bet. I figure if I put some epoxy on the teeth with a q-tip and hold it in place by hand while it sets then I'm good. Thanks for the input guys.
