Default Kinetic Structures Mount Experience

I see Kinetic Structures motor mounts recommended for Dynas but has anyone actually used them? Mainly interested in using both.

If so, how many miles and what did they do that was better than stock. Stiffness and vibes should be the big ones.

I did. Got nothing. May 1 to 2 that said they were going to use them. I guess they work well while the bike sits in the garage..

Well that one is 3 1/2 years old. 3 guys actually used them but only one has a significant report.. Maybe a few hundred miles?

Maybe if it was stainless but it doesn't look as if it would handle erosion that well...

Made entirely from Stainless. Although their site does not tell what kind of stainless. Nevertheless there should be no significant corrosion or erosion.

I rode a bike with them, and I had one in my hands. I am impressed with them. I had a conversation with the man who makes them, he's a whiz at solving vibration issues. He includes a couple small shims with them, some bikes need one or two. If I were going with them I'd do both mounts.

What would you pay for a set of used ones?

Depends on how used they are. A new set is $479, so maybe $300 shipped.
