When you get home, can you restart it? If so, take the negative battery cable off until the next morning, then reconnect it and see if it starts. If it does, something is draining the battery over night. If not, the battery is not holding a charge over night.

Just a thought - The Dealer said they installed a new battery - so therefore you have a warranty on the new HD battery. You have a right to a new battery, or the dealer has to justify why you don't have a bad battery, and what the real problem is.
On a side note: Local HD dealer has started marking a few bikes as “Mechanic’s Special” and pricing them about $1500 below what you'd expect to see. Like maybe the bike has some lifter noise, and the dealer decides they can’t make much money on the bike if they do the repairs. So they sell “As Is” and tell the buyer up front, that for example, it needs new lifters, and if you are planning on putting in a cam yourself anyway, and new lifters of course, that this could be a way to save a few bucks.

You probably signed a document that said the bike was sold "As is".
If the bike had any kind of warranty, even 30 days, the price would have been higher.
There is no obligation for the dealer to pay for any repairs, that is what is meant by "As is".
It is no different when you buy any used motor vehicle.
