Fixed now. Yesterday evening I loosened fork brace again. I went further and loosened the bottom triple tree tube pinch bolts and fender bolt. Knocked the front tire on a pole again. Tightened everything back up went for a test ride. 50% better. When I got back from the test ride I took the windshield off. I loosened the handlebar riser nuts and straightened the handlebar.
This afternoon with the handlebars straightened I went for a test ride. About 75% better so I figured I was heading in the right direction. When I got back to my shop still with the windshield off I loosened the top triple tree fork tube nuts. The bottom triple tree tube pinch bolts, fender bolt, fork brace and front wheel. Knocked the tire around on the pole again. Tightened everything back up, went for a test ride and the bike tracks straight and true as an arrow. It rolls (glides) easier and it feels right. I am very please with the progress and happy with the end results of my work. The DAYN WOBBLE FIX. Well worth the expense and effort. The Wide Glide is a different motorcycle now. I can now ride it with total confidence...
I used to get headshakes accelerating out of corners before installing Sputhe kit front and rear. Headshakes are gone, but now bike shakes more while idling.
Well still at it if anyone is interested in saving themselves the aggravation while I continue my experiment.
I noticed after a few miles the (one size larger than stock) MU85B16 tire is rubbing (ever so slightly) against the belt. Not enough to cause trouble but enough to be noticeable and annoying. I can hear it while costing at low speed. I like the larger tire and I'd like to keep it on the bike. I measured the rear wheel adjustment against both sides of the axle nuts and washer to the end of the swing arm. The measurement is off by an 1/8" (side to side off center) in the direction that would cause the front of the rear tire to contact the belt. I am going to fine tune the rear wheel adjustment and hopefully it will cure the tire and belt from contacting.
If the adjustment doesn't fix the problem the easiest thing to do might be to just go back to a stock size tire. I really am not interested in a wide tire kit of doing a chain conversion. But, I am a glutton for punishment and misery.

What width are you running? If the width is 150, a 1 1/8" belt is needed - at least on my 97 WG it did.
I don't know what size the tire is. Goofball size MU85B16 - whatever that figures out to be. According to local MoCo stealership where I bought the tire it is one size bigger than stock. The stock tire size for 1995 Wide Glide 130/90H-16. I am guessing the width is 140. The belt is contacting the tire just enough to polish the sidewall without scuffing or gouging it.
After some research I figured an MU85B16 is equivalent in size to a 140. WTF? WHY the oddball goofy numbers?
I adjusted the back wheel last night and it is better but (not perfect) the belt is still contacting the tire ever-so-slightly.
I can learn to live with it and (be ignorant) just pretend I didn't notice. Or, I can switch to a narrower 1-1/8" belt, do a chain conversion or go back to a stock tire size. I have some one who is willing to trade the MU85B16 for a 130/90H-16 (back to stock) tire but then I have to go trough the hassle of removing the wheel. Dismounting the MU85B16 off the wheel, mounting and balancing the 130/90H-16. In the quest to be different and adding some customization I like the larger tire without getting crazy and moving up to a 150. I might just run the MU85B16 until the end of the ridding season and contemplate what to do over the winter. Other then that everything else I have done to stop the wobble has appeared to be a success. It sucks-less. I am very please with the results.
So if engine mounts are in the topic, i have a 2008 Fatbob new to me. The first 2 weeks of riding it was silky smooth once rolling along. I have since picked up a BAD vibration, its not the Harley shake, it is foot and hand numbing. I believe the front rubber engine is worn out, bike only had 9000km's but it's 15 yrs old. The bracket is sitting down hard on the rubber at the top, i think i read there should be a small gap there? So considering ordering today the 3rd generation harley replacement, but i have heard about the Predator mount?
Suggestions? Has Harley improved their vibration mount?

I tried the predator mount for about 3 miles then changed back to stock, it was a very expensive try but I had read a lot of good revievs on it but for me it shaked the bike like hell, with the stock mount there is just some vibes at certain speeds and i can live with those.
