Default Black 06 07 superglide wheels
Has anyone seen or have pics of a superglide w/ black powdercoated or paintedstock wheels.

You found that stock "wheel", not wheels. If you have a 2006 or 2007 Dyna it is available only in the 17" rear wheel. The 19" front wheel is only available for the 2000-2005 Dynas with the 3/4 inch axle. The '06/'07 have 1 inch axles. 2008 has 25 mm axles. Talk about engineering for limited aftermarket fitment.HD did it so well that they don't even have parts to fit.
Here is a list of the Moco axles and years.

3/4 in. front axle - '00-'03 Dyna
3/4 in. rear axle - '00-'05 Dyna
1 in. front axle - '04-'07 Dyna (except '04-'05 FXDWG)
1 in. rear axle - '06-'07 Dyna
25mm front axle - '08 Dyna (except FXWDG and FXDF)
25mm rear axle - '08 Dyna (except FXDF)
3/4 in. front axle - '00-'05 FXDWG

Then you throw in wheel sizes : 16", 17", 19" and 21".

That's 28 different variations of each wheel to allow fitment to all bikes from 2000 to 2008.

Are you sure that '08 FXDF & WG don't have 25mm axles front & rear? The HD parts book shows the same 25mm bearing for *all* 2008 Dynas.
