Just ordered from easternperformance. For my 07 street bob.
My vance and hines big shot staggereds
the vance and hines fuel pack
and the big sucker air filter.
I think I have all the tools I need to do the job.
I have to get anti seize for the o2 sensors and new exhaust gaskets from the dealer.
Now the dealer offers the stock gaskets and the ones for screaming eagle exhaust.
Which exhaust gaskets?
Plus what special tools that will make the install go easier.
thanks
jim
My bike will finally sound the way I want it too
Use the stock harley Gaskets not the Screaming Eagle ones. 1/2" swivel head socket 1/4" drive.. Long 1/4" drive extension.... Soak the O2 sensors first with a little Liquid Wrench, but dont get it on the O2 eliment... Break them loose first and reverse loosen them a little more and reverse again, Work them out easy...Dont force them you'll pull the threads out with the sensors 52.00 a peice...Use a little high temp copper basedanti seize...good luck ....
hell ya man let me know how it comes out! take some pics along the way... do you have the service manual? if you do not let me know i have a scanner here and could scan the sections you need so you know what specs to tighten everything up to...
