Default Leather Pros 14's and a Long Pipe
Thinking about Leather Pros for my FXDB sometime in the future but as I'm having a beer and looking at her I'm wondering if I'll have clearance issues. I am running 14" Legends shocks and a Thunderheader so vertical space is kind of at a premium. Anyone running a combo like this that can chime in on whether it'll work?

Yeah, those would NEVER fit, not really my style either bro... but thanks anyway. Besides, I might carry a hat or a jacket not my entire house.

expanded leather pros fit a whole lot more than those Softail bags.

I just measured mine from the top of the strut to the bottom of the heat shield on the bag is 11”.

Awesome, someone with helpful information! Just so I'm following you, the heat shield on your bag is 11" below the top of the fender strut, right? The rest of the bag rises above the fender strut? If that's the case I have a ton of room.

I am running leather pro's, Thunderheader and 13 1/8 inch ohlins. Fit fine. As your shocks get taller the bags will have even more space
