I took @3dognate 's recommendation, picked up an Ace Hardware crosscut file and cut out a small piece that I could get into tight spaces with, and the left-over bit with the handle came in real handy too. Finished off with 320 and then 400 I think it came out pretty damn nice. Not up to my OCD standards because the fin edge thickness is different, but close enough that I can live with it for a min. My shoulders and back are killing me.

Nice, looks great. Had to be a massive PITA with the dust too. Thats a 800mg Advil kind of day, but worth the effort.
Rocker assemblies in and ARP'd. pushrods and tubes also. Now, that looks like I had planned. Gloss tappet blocks, tubes and lower rocker covers offset by the textured black!
Been sick for the last week and as a matter of fact, I still don't feel 100%. I did get a little shop time, and I was hoping to button up the rocker boxes, cam chest, etc. but ran into another delay. I hate to say it because I like the guy that did the powder for me, and he did a great job on the glossy stuff but the finish on the cam chest cover is some BS. I figured I'd let it go and deal with it next winter but as I torqued bolts, the finish cracked in several spots are revealed bare metal so that ain't going to be allowed. That cover is too big to look like **** so a brand new MoCo cover is in bound, hopefully here this week and I can move on.
I was able to get the compensator, clutch basket and primary chain back on as well as the AIM variable pressure clutch installed. Don't know how much good it'll do me since I'm not a high RPM rider, but if I get a little reduction in pull weight like they say, I'll take it.
