I mis-ordered some ARP's so now I'm just waiting for them to show up before I can move on. I did get the top T-sport bracket installed. Turned an interior upholstery tool into the world's largest, no mar, feeler gauge to get the spacing right. I guess I'll start compounding/polishing fork lowers now, and I keep forgetting to pull the plugs to take a peek at them.

Front plug:

Rear plug:

Lowers polished up nice, but not as nice as the trees since they have pock-mark damage from the road.

Started getting the fairing ready to mount. I wrote previously that I have a cheap-o-Chinese "chrome" bezel that is not made for the OG fairing, but it's the only one I can find anywhere. It blows my mind that no one else out there makes a T-Sport bezel! The bezel is a pretty good fit except for the very bottom corners where it extends past the height of the fairing. You can see in 4th pic below that based on the way the bezel is molded the fairing would have to be taller and notched for it to fit flush. The bezel extends past the fairing the exact amount of the rolled lip, which really isn't that bad, and I think I can live with it since I can't see anyway to cut it without making it worse. I added some extra 3M tape to the backside in hopes that it will hold given that it is not an exact fit. Getting the top of the bezel to lay down I clamped it and pushed the bottom edges out to fit the OG fairing and clamped them also. I'm going to leave it for a day or so then I think I'll hit it with some heat to help shape the bezel. There are 2 stress marks showing on the bezel from forcing the sides out to fit, fortunately the marks aren't bad, and they should be behind the headlight.
