Default Bung King Riser install problem

I did a search and came up empty. Anyone here have any issues with their risers? I pulled off LDs I had on the 2015 FXDL. I replaced the bushings with Alloy Art bushings. I can get one riser bolt in but not the other. It appears to be that the BK risers are "off". I was able to put the LDs back on with the new AA bushings - without issue.Thoughts?

BELOW: the riser leg that is not in the picture has the bolt installed. You can see how THIS riser leg appears way off center.

I have emailed BK to see if they have any ideas as well.

Take the handlebars off from the risers then install each riser then put the handlebars back on the risers.

If they're not three and a half inches on centers, then they're either bent or made incorrectly. I'd ask for a refund or a replacement if it's possible. Sorry to see this.

I heard back from Bung King this morning. He thinks the jig shifted somehow and is making a new set. Good service and quick response.

Awesome. Keep us updated. It’s always good to know what companies have good customer service.
It’s also good to know which ones don’t.

They sent me a new set as promised. It took about 2 weeks to get - which is understandable (building plus powder coating). The annoying thing was is one of thread holes for the top clamp was jacked. I was able to get a thread chaser to clean it up. I did bring it to their attention which they thanked me for and apologized.

Just back luck I guess.
