Default Here is a simple tip

I wanted to takethe seat off of my Dyna when I washed it so as to not waterlog the seat. When I took the seat off it exposed all of the electrical components and connections that I also did not want to get wet either.

My solution was Glad Press and Seal wrap from the kitchen. I tore off a piece and pressed it down on to the frame to form a cover for the electrical components and washed away. Once done washing the bike, the Glad Press and Seal lifted right off and left no residue and dry electronics behind.

I knew that stuff could be used for more than covering left overs. Great Idea, thanks for sharing.

I just use the plastic bags I get everytime I visit the stealer. Works like a charm for my A/C as well and I use 'em over and over again.

Also good for wastebasket liners in my office.
