Typical outcome of any thread that you infest, you tell stories about yourself and your imaginary motorcycle experiences and end up sparring with other posters.

OP: Before you take certain posters seriously, look at their posting history and you will see that some are only here to disrupt.

Do a Google search for a Colony brand oversized drain plug for your bike. This happened to a friend of mine and I got the colony plug and re-drilled and tapped the hole using plenty of grease on the drill and tap to capture the shavings. We used some deck furniture cushions and laid the bike on top of them on its side and drilled the new hole. Tapped it and that was 4 years ago and all is good. Be sure to flush any shavings left behind out with cheap oil.

I don't know if this is the right one for your bike but it will give you an idea of what you're looking for

"Rounders" is the best "troll" we have. The closest thing he owns that even resembles a motorcycle is the "word" motorcycle. Not sure that's even right?

Not all. The stuff I used to seal up a spout on a fuel can turned to goo.

Teflon tape is not affected by gas or oil, it has been used in the automotive and industrial world for decades for this purpose, that is a fact.
