I have felt the dealership has to be joking me this whole time. They still have my bike and I'm planning on going to get it soon. I believe even though I don't know the passcode to the TSSM I got off eBay I can figure it out. I didn't know the passcode to my bike when I bought it. I was able to figure it out then. I definitely appreciate all the information. It will come in handy when I get my bike back and attempt to figure it out.

It wasn't hard to get back. I got locked up and was able to get it back from in jail. It just took a little to long and the tweak bags thought they could fix there problem of no key or fab by taking the HFSM apart. So here I am it's been a long frustrating road since that happened.

Thanks Ed, once again, for some solid information...

Just saw this - the TSSM must be disarmed for password learn. It's been a looooong time since I played with one that was armed and swapping TSSM. HD used to tell us that the ECM and TSSM had to be replaced if it was armed and code unknown/fobs lost, but I would test that theory by starting with an unarmed TSSM. @Steve Cole may be able to clarify if an ECM must be replaced if the TSSM was armed and cannot be unlocked.
