2006 street bob torque spec questions
The MoCo doesn't support .pdf or download copies of the factory service (parts or electronic diagnostic) manuals. If you have to pay for a download, or .pdf, it is a pirated copy of the factory manual... Basically, you'll be buying from a thief. I know some people don't care, because they feel the MoCo overprices their manuals... It's your integrity, so it's your decision...
There is a Facebook page where once you join, they share service manual copies. That's legal, as no one is making money off the MoCo's intellectual property... I don't do Facebook, so I can't offer you particulars.
I prefer written manuals over computer stuff... yeah, I'm old... You can often find a cheap, used manual in good to very good condition on eBay, but beware, some people charge more for used copies than you can purchase as new from a dealer..
I hope this info helps...
PS- You are looking for a "2006 Harley-Davidson Dyna Models Service Manual - Part # 99481-06A". It shows currently unavailable form the factory. There are several on eBay of both of the original version # 99481-06, and the revised version 99481-06A. Best to get the revised version if you can. It will have the newest, best info on your year/model.
Here's one example in good shape and at a reasonable price.

I was trying to get that information in this thread, for those readers who may not be aware of the effects on dry torque specs from adding a lubricant like Loctite, without seeming dismissive or condescending towards south69's opinion.
Just trying to get along.....
In the end, it's your bike, do with it as you see fit!
(That's the generic "you" in "your", not anyone in particular.)

Rear pulley bolts were known to back out. decided to bust out the more modern 2015 street bob service manual and it states Rear sprocket screws-final torque 67-73 ft-lbs 90.9-99.0 Nm 2.5 REAR WHEEL, Assembly
Do what you will but at 75 ft-lbs you wont have a problem if you have solid grade 8 hardware and a properly calibrated torque wrench.
