NO... you wrap the peg on the inside where the plastic is with the sissy bar removed. how you wrap the peg with the sissy bar on? just once or twice. i have done it for over 10 bikes with people that complain about the shaking noise... like i said it is ghetto but works and you can not even tell it is on there.... with the sissy bar on... come on

well this shaking is coming from something when the sissy bar is off! so its either the plates inside the fender or the mounting nut thingy for the passenger seat. well all the hardware and docking kit is tight but all i know that when the solo seat is on the noise drives me nuts.!!!
