I have a 2007 Dyna Custom and just took it in for the 1k check up. I would like to know what issues you had with the motor mounts. Why did they replace them? The dealer had to torque the steering nut because of a noise in the front end. I still do not think it is right. There is a noise and vibrationthat is transmitted through out the bike, especially with a passenger when I hit a bump in the road. I am wondering if some of these issues could be related to a motor mount issue. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Don't forget to check the sidestand rubber bumper.Thought I had front bearing nut loose as it did the same thing, jacked it up everything seemed fine, read about the rubber bumper went and looked it had turned around to where the stand was hitting the frame instead of the bumper,re ajusted and all is fine.

If your dealer told you that the cotter pin on the kickstand
caused a vibration,
you may want to consider another dealer.

Not so fast Mr Puddle! They went to quite alot of trouble to find it, they showed me what was happening, they made the fix and the vibration is no more (2500 miles or so since the fix and it's still fixed). Search my posts I talked about it right here in the forum. BTW, I'll bet several others here on the forum who have complained of a vibration that they can't figure out have the same problem I had.
