07 dwg, 5k,had to be trailered twice, first time defective battery, last friday bad relay. Three flats most likly not their fault, seat buttons coming off. Do have to saythe dealer is realy responsive. Last time picked up bike in 1 hour just before they closed and it was ready sat. morning.
8K and I've replaced a headlamp bulb and a $.05 washer for my battery's negative post. Any other issues were self-created by pretending to know how to wrench.
The detactable windshield is the only real problem.
Just paint fulling off and regular maitenance 2 rear tires, 4 oil changes etc. I have only 16,000 miles on my 07 lowrider and almost had it a year.
In reply to your post about the motor mounts (the weld to the frame) that the mount is attached to was $hitty must have been done on a Friday and tore the liven S#it out of the mount ReaL BaD

900 miles......and first problem at the weekend........hit the starter and horrid grinding meshing of ring teeth noise and then a click, and not a lot else.
Being collected by the dealer tomorrow.
It really hacked me off as I was about to go off on the annual Rockers Ace Cafe Brighton Burn Up......which is something I had been looking forward to doing since getting the HD.......[:@]
Mind you someone I know who'd I'd been socialising with at the Ace the previous night got killed on while riding her vintage Brit cafe racer when she rodeinto the back of a car on the run down to Brighton.......RIP Marta[sm=boohoo.gif]
"05 FXDCI - with 9400 very hard miles. I ride the dogsh-- out of all of my scoots. Not one minute of trouble that wasn't caused directly by me. I picked up a 16 penny nail in the rear tire ($254.00) and it almost quit running on the way home from the ROT Rally because I ran into a thunder storm and my forward facing air cleaner sucked in too much water. I have since bought the Harley "rain-sock" for the air cleaner.
My scoot is the best ride I ever had. Runs great andtrouble free.
