...of Rush slip-ons. Went with the 2" baffle. Should get here tomorrow--can't wait to take off the stocks and slap the new ones on. Just in time to--s'posed to be beautiful weather this week!
So who did you get them from and how much? I am still deciding between the vance & hines slip ons with quiet baffles or the rush slip ons with 2" baffles. I found the v&h for under $200.00 on e-bay.
Had the local dealer order them...talked him into giving me a 20% discount to match the competition. Yeah, I couldn't believe they agreed either. It didn't make 'em as cheap as Ebay, but still the final price was about $215 or so. Keeps the "I scratch your back, you scratch mine" relationship going.
Good luck in your decision. I'll let you know my impressions when I hear 'em.

Wow!!!.... I paid $269 plus tax for mine! What a burn.[]
UPDATE...they shipped yesterday, the dealer got them this morning andinstalled em' on my bike straight away. Let me tellyou, as far as slip-ons go, they sound awesome! At idle, they produce a nice, low rumble and, when accelerating, the perfect "take notice" roar. Needless to say, I'm quite pleased!
Would recommend them highly. 2" baffles are the perfect size as far as I'm concerned.
...will post pics as soon as I can, richnmib. In the meantime, good luck arriving @ a decision. I know I wrestled with it (Rush vs. V & H) myself for some time.

p.s. what'd ya think this post was about? sheesh.
AHVeil,
Would recommend that you keep the stock A/C as some of us have experianced some back firing with the Rush's when we have changed to other A/C. Otherwise, they sound GREAT and run strong! Good choice!
