Default Exhaust Baffles

Lookin for a little help. I punched the baffles through on the stock slip ons, then had the download and air cleaner upgrade done. One of the baffles was rattling around so I took it out now I can't seem to get the other one out as easy, any suggestions.

How did you do the first one? I guess you could use a dowel rod or something similar, and a hammer. Stand the pipe straight up, hammer the dowel rod down onto the baffle until it pops out.

A dowel rod? I'm not sure what that is,it sounds familiar. I am wondering if maybe it might have a spot weld on it or something.

A dowel rod is just a round stick of wood, used for home projects and stuff. Anything like thatthat's soft enough you won't risk damaginganything, you know? I don't think the baffles are spot-welded in. A lot of people have taken their's out on this board - maybe you can find some tips by searching.

Yeah. It's not welded I got it to move a little. I think the other one just rattled around and broke loose thats why it came out so easy. This one is being a pain. Thanks for the input, I tried a bigger piece of wood and had no luck. I think maybe if I grind a piece of metal stock down to bite the wall inside, I don't know.

1 1/4" hole saw, and drill it out. Don't go beating your mufflers up.

Thanks I got it. Damn thing had 3 spot welds on it. We used the handle to the floor jack and beat the hell out of it. Appreciate the help.
