My bike did this. Rear cylinder misfire, gradually got worse over many months. Tried usual stuff. Eventually got really bad and threw up code 'rear injector open / low'
Turned out the wiring to the rear injector had broken inside the insulation. Check continuity between power feed from coil to injector plug and from ECU connector and plug. Wiggle wire while doing this as wire can touch or not.
Harness is tight here not allowing for enough movement of the rubber mount motor. I pieced it out and used heat proof sleeving over the top.
Might be nothing to do with your problem but just another angle.

Yes, mine was/is doing the same thing. It's at the shop now. Service manager told me the same thing Oilslick said. They finally got a codes on the rear injector and the throttle position sensor. The wire cable is short and taut. Vibration could have broken the wire somewhere. They are trying to track the break down. I'll post the results.
