Maybe notexactly what yer lookin for but I made this one for my Streetbobto cover aNess Stage1 Big Sucker. If ya want one, send me a PM. You can't tell in the pic but it's open on the bottom and around the back edge.
I used the 7" smooth air clearner cover and insert because my 7 year old nephew poked holes in the filter on his dad's bike. It also helps in the rain.
Any HD twin cam A/C insert will fit right onto the filter if ya wanna run it open element which looks cooler IMHO. There's a ton of other aftermarket inserts also with all kinds of themes/designs.
