What is the stock size of the rear shocks on a 07 SB? Wanting to get some progressive shocks, but not wanting to go lower, I scrape my pegs a good bit now...

Thanks,
12" is the direct replacement for what you have. You could also go up 1/2" to 12.5 (or 12.6 on the 412s); that's what the stock length is on FXD, FXDC, and FXDWG. It would help you a bit with the peg scraping.
I installed Progressive 41212.6" shocks.
The ride is excellent and I'm not scraping (as much).
The 12.6" shock looks good by lifting the rear lines a bit.
The 12.6" shocks work for me.
Other folks on this forum have installed 13" shocks.
This was the shock length on the FXDX/T.
You will will not drag parts with that shock length.
I think I am going to go ahead with the 12" hdand hope that I will not squat as much in the corners to help with the scraping some. Dont really want to raise the bike any.
The Progressive 412s work wonderfully on my FXRS. Even better are the Progressive fork springs. It's like a new, better handling bike. The fork springs are less than $100 and worth twice as much.
Glad you mentioned the fork springs MP, I ordered them at the same time. Thinking about picking up a fork brace also...but gonna wait and see how much the new shocks/springs work first.
