Default Mirror Question

I've done a search, but no luck. Can someone tell me how to mount my mirrors on my Street Bob upside down. I'm gonna move my turn signals to the forks, and like the upside down mirror look. I will plead ignorance here, mostly because my bike is in the dealer's heated garage and I haven't seen her in a couple weeks - therefore, I can't simply look and figure it out! If I was home, I'd take a ride up there to check it out, but as it is I'm in a hotel on Long Island getting ready to fly out to Aspen 'til Sunday - then another couple trip rigs and I should be home next Thursday night. Thanks for your help.

Once you get theturn signalsand allassociated junk off, it's fairly obvious. You just stick the mirror stem in the holes from the bottom. You may have enough hardware left over from the turn signal mountsto fasten the mirors in place, otherwise you'll need a couple 5/16-24 jam nuts and a couple same thread acorn nuts if you want to hide the ends of the mirror stems.

Thanks, bro...I knew it'd be simple! Can't wait to get home to visit her - seeing as how I've only ridden her once!!

You'll just use the acorn nut that's on the mirrors and swap them side for side. I ran mine like that for a long time til I switched to the skull mirrors.Takes some getting used to,you're looking under your armpit to see behind.

Good Luck

Tom
