All of HD's bikes are great bikes & different models suite different builds, ridingstyle & personal "taste". This thread is only gonna start sh*t with softail riders who are most importantly HD "riders"...that's it...period. I've owned Yamaha's, a BMW & now a Harley & they were all great bikes. And to be perfectly honest with you, nothing road & performed as well as my old BMW K1200S...NOTHING! Regardless of what brand name machine a rider has under their ***, they're still feeling the same wind in their face & carving up the same roads as we are. Yah, most rice rocket riders are complete idiots but hey...I had 3 of them at one time...I just got older &wiser as will most of them eventually will too. I personally don't like the way a softail feels when sitting on it & would probably never buy one, but that doesn't make Dyna's a "better" bike & this thread is just starting un-needed sh*t.
Aww...c'mon, this is going to be FUN! It's winter for some folks and we need some good laughs to make it through the crappy next few months. There can't be anything wrong with stiring the pot a little is there?
I'm lost, is this about a windshield that will fit on a offshore v-twin with a liquid cooling system, a different firingpulse, overhead cams and a radiator or was it how a dyna is better than a softie? It's been a long day already and saw quite a bit of snow in this part of the mitten state.

Sorry, I thought it was about Grumpy losing out on a good deal on a windshield for his Softail
We all know our Dynas are better for us. All I know is, without my exposed shocks, my bike ain't going nowhere.
For the " I dont get it" replys. It was just a joke to get some softail guys amped up cause I was saying a Dyna is better cause the shield off of mine wont fit a jap cruiser like the softail will. I just thought it was a funny post people would get a kick out of. Now, for those who wanted a pic, I just took one. I was about to take her front end apart for some clean-up and powder coating.

ok my name has been kicked around here enough ... if you hide your shocks that windshield will fit your metric forks also.
but then most of you won't get to try it till the middle of next year anyway . great to get to ride year round cold this morning 50 degrees at 6 am...
My bike is better than you bike syndrome... These type of threads forking suck. [:@]They all bike dude, ride them and freaking chill. Live and let live . what can i say, if the shoe fits : wear it . [:-]
