Best tool kit for the bike?
Hey all,
Need to get a gift from my girls to wrap for under the tree. I have been looking at the portable tool kits that I can stick in my fork bag for long road trips.
Anyone recommend one over another? Most are the same except for a flashlight or an additonal hex key or two here or there.
Drag Specialties, Windzone, Snap-On, there are a good number to choose from. Just wanted to know which was the best choice for a Dyna...

Get a HD catalog and they have specific tool kits for specific models..Now with that being said, look at the breakdown of tools listed for your bike (sizes etc.) and make one up yourself from your favorite tool storeor pay the inflated HD price. Good luck!

I found a great little set at Lowes. The brand is Gearwrench, it's is in a case that's about 4"x6"x2", and it's higher quality than you would expect. It has a little ratchet type wrench with hex, torx, flat, and phillips tips and standard sockets up to 9/16. I keep it in the saddlebags and use it constantly. It was the best $25 I've spent in a long time..

I've got one from CruzTools. Roadtech H3 kit.It has bailing wire & locktite. Got it from J.C. Whitney for about $70.

I have the windzone kit, picked it upfrom Ebay for $40 or 50 last year. It has come in handy twice so far.
