I just got my new bars and boots put on my Bob. I know it's ben seen before, but I just had to share my new toys. I am sure someone is going to give me the old "this thread is worthless" smiley but I haven't taken them yet.
I have a vivid black street bob, with black gimp hangers 16", black cables, and black fork gators. I may change up the gators a bit as now they are wrapped over the lower legs since the opening is big, but I would like to yank my front fender and powdercoat a super brace blackto hold theboots up. Photos will be up later
I had the kuryakyn rear light system (tail and signals) but during install it stopped working??? so I went back to stock and its fine. I had the stealer install so I am not sure how/why it stopped working, but upon further review the wires that connect the main brake lght to the harness were completely pulled off of the circuit board. of course they had no idea why or how it happened, so I just took it home and replaced the stockers and it's fine for now.
If anyone can help a guy out I would appriciate it. can youtake a picture of the back of your kuryakyn panacea rear light there is a black and white wire that connect it to the the bikes harness, I need to know which goes where so I can solder it back together. Thanks in advnce for anyone that can help with that.
Also let me know what you think. I would like to hear feedback
I put 12" gimps on my bike and now I'm kicking myself for not going 16". My tail light did the same thing, I just plugged it back in and touched it to the board to find out wear they went. After sodering I put about 2" of silicone on to really seal it up.
