One year ago today.......
My life changed when I bought my Street Bob ! It has been one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life !! I've put over 17,000 miles on her in the past yearand plan on many more !!!

Snydcat - owned my first Harley when I was 19 and then after a couple of years did 20 years for Uncle Sam without a scoot. Bought my Wide Glide a month after I retired, year and a half ago and put about 13k on it since then. Looks like you ride yours more! Yes, they change your life. I have been riding on and off for over 30 years and I can't imagine living without a bike, or how I did it for so long.

I only live 12 miles round trip to my job, I have an 05 with just over 5K on it and I thought i was rackin up the miles!
On a side note, my co-worker bought a 05 sporty 3 days after i bought mine and it only has 650 miles on the clock! I call him "Poser"

Good going getting all that riding inI have only been able to chaulk 22000 in 2 years. I hope to do at least 20,000 this year.

Sweet deal i know what you mean.
Bought my new superglide custom on fathers day 2007 after a long dry spell with out a bike and man i raked up 10,000 miles in the first 5 months.

My dad bought me a motorcycle when I was 11 years old and I have been hooked ever since. That "Live to Ride" slogan says it all.

I have two hobbies, hunting and riding. To me, it's just part of who I am and I wouldn't want to live without being able to do them. It's either in you, or it isn't.

One year ago today I was sitting in Iraq thumbing through a small Harley sales book...best damn thing I ever did.
Also-- God Bless Evel Knieval...that dude was hardcore! I was truly sad when he passed the other day. Damn--I hate getting older.
