Looks like the Harley break lever your stuck with just the flat rubber covered pc you cannot put on a different break pedal??? So if i buy custom pegs and shifter peg and break peg i will only be able to use the shifter and foot pegs and be stuck with not using the custom break pedal unless i buy a new arm for the hd controls it this correct??

I think that is correct, at least I know I was able to bolt on a wider brake pedal on my Kurys.
The pegs are great and the stirups add a lot to the looks IMO but when I first put on the stirups I had them waaaay to low and took off on a 2 hr. ride. At speeds above 65 mph my feet were "lifting" off the pegs. Got home adjusted and all is well. So, if you do the stirups stay close to home till youget them adjustedor at least pack some tools.
