I contacted HDF about the problem TWICE but they completely ignored me... Well, that's not COMPLETELY true. They did modify my avatar after I wrote in, but didn't contact me directly. The message that pops up after you contact them says they will get back with you within 24-48 hrs... BS!
I intended to advertise on this forum despite the high price, but after the customer service I received... I don't think so.
