Is the Low Rider the least popular of the Dyna line? It seems like more people are drawn to the Glide, Street Bob, and Fat Bob.
I love the look of the Low Rider with the black / chrome engine and all the chrome throughout. I'd have to say I've wanted a LR for years and didn't really look at any other models.
I think the biggest reason I bought my '03 LR was because my Dad had one when I was a kid and I wanted to drive that thing so bad I would have went to jail for it. He would of killed me. I think he got me a dirt bike just to keep me off his (that and hid the keys). I don't think I ever got over it so when it came time to buy my HD I knew whatI had to have so it did it. When you turn that bike on and it returns the favor you know you made the right choice. Here's to ALL us Dyna riders!!!!Can I get a WHOO WHOO!!!!
I love my LowRider. After spending considerable time last year deciding on which bike I wanted I sat on the Low Rider and was sold. Not only did it just feel right, it looks cool as hell too!
What kind of pipes ( name and mfg)do you have on your Low Rider anddo you have Mid Controls??Cant quite tell from your photo. I want toreplace my pipes to something like your's and JakeinIraq's style but have Mid Controls, so my choices are limited.

Thanks for the info
I've got Rinehart staggereds onmy bike. Great sounding AND great performing pipes. Ihave mid-controls on my bike too.Well worth the investment. Good Luck!Post Pics when you're done LWOS
Strengthin1........thanks for the info on the pipes. I like how your's dont flare out from the side too much. The heat coming off the engine of my 07 Dynais bad enough.... I dont need pipes that flare out too far to cook my legs any more. Wish they made some kind of shield like they do for the touring models. Anyway, I just had $3,400 worth of chrome, including afront end, mirrors, levers, controls, belt guard, etc, plusall diamondbackcables,Kury dually's pegs with heel rest, new grips, and progressive front fork lowering springsand rear shocks ( their new 430's) modifications done to myLow Riderover the winter, and my hubby added about $1500 new stuff to his Heritage....sonew pipes will have to wait until fall when she goes in for storage. But I really likehowthe pipes lookon your ride. It's exactly what I was lookingfor.I'll post photos of my upgrades when ever the snow leaves Michigan, which at this rate, wont be until June. We got 4" of snow and a low of "0" just 2 nights ago!!! Where's GLOBAL WARMING when you need it?

Wow! Nice job w/ the mods. Make sure you post pics when you get her back! I live in Ohio so I know what you mean about the snow and Lake Effect! Get these pipes when you're ready. You won't regret it. Take care and pray harder for Sunshine!!
