Obviously the search is broken - but that does not mean that everyone should just start their post with "Search is broken - so I'm going to ask a question that has been asked 2.7 billion times already"
If you need to search - open Google, type in "hdforums" followed by your search phrase. You will be amazed at how quickly you can get the info you need.

Or, just put this in the search line to limit your results to hdforums.com; search site:www.hdforums.com . Replace the word "search" with what you are searching for and you will only get results from this domain.

I tried using the search and found it broken. I used the "search current web site" option on my Google toolbar and found it to work very well.
Just another option.
I wonder if I could search for "Street Bob mods" over on the gold wing forum?
