Hey that second pic with the white walls is just plain awesome. Here's an old longhair trick for her, the longer your hair gets the more ponys you need to put in it.Back when it was still legal to ride in CA without a helmet I was up to three ponys or rubber bands spaced about three inches apart on about a foot long pony tail.It didn't knot up and kept the split ends way down.My wifes first street legal bike was a Yamahammer XT225 enduro, the last bike I owned with a windshield like that was a 250 Yamaha as well, a 74 RD 250 and the wind shield was on there for less than a day.I took the bike out to a vacant lot and started spinning doghnuts and the shield hit me in the neck, I had it off 30 min later.
That is a cute little bike!! I'm just kidding...for a smaller woman I wouldn't doubt it would be perfect. Actually a woman had my Dyna and she said it was just too big for her. I would imagine being on a bike too big would ruin it for a woman.
Just for reference, I think it would be funny to see a pic of you on it!! Who knows if I come accross an old used one for cheap maybe I'll pick it up for a few hundred and chop it.
That Is so cool to have her riding with you and your buds. She looks happy and the bike fits her great.
The Pink version is gonna put a bigger smile on her face. Nice scoot and looks fun!
pic of me on it! right around when she first got it so it is still pretty stock... my buddies all ways joke that with as much as i am wrench'n on my bike the day will come when ill have mine all torn down and ill be riding bi@$h with her... I THINK NOT... picked up an old honda CB350 i am bobbing out to make sure that day never happens... however, I will admit, i have rode this bike with her on the back for an hour and a half to go pick up mine when i was delivered... not bad and it hummmed on the hwy at 85 with both of us on it...
Nice looking virago. It also came in a 535 which is an easy handling bike too. My wife has owned 2 Suzuki Savages ( called theboulevard S 40 now). She loved them both. I liked the ease of maintanence on them. The belt drive was a plus. I had a Jardene slip-on muffler on the first savage and it topped out at 90 mph. Great fuel economy too ( not at that speed lol). She has been bikeless for the last year but is looking for an older (cheap) one again.
