... their Super Glide? Is the hardware easy install? Do they work as advertised? I would like to buy a set, but want to make sure they work and look good. If you have any pics that would be nice.
I can't say about the HD detachables, but I have a set of Willie and Max bags with a pair of Easy Brackets, less than $250.00 for the entire set up and they work pretty well. Off and on in 1 minute, lockable to the bike and unless you absolutely have to have something with an HD logo on it, about $400.00 cheaper. Just offering another suggestion.
I've got a set on my 06 SB, should be the same install. Have to relocate turn signals to the rear. Work great, on/offboth side 30 seconds. Only thing I don't care for and I think it is a common complaint is they vibrate and make noise thru the gears, quite when cruising. One of the pictures in my photo album has them on. Relocating signals and installation of bags are not to tough.

They look better than I thought. I can live with a little noise - they will only be used on trips. Thanks.
I got the detachables on my 06 streetbob. I like it that I can take them off, as I prefer the looks without bags. Mine rattled like crazy, especially when empty. Then I noticed that the black plastic rings from the rear easy detach bracket were gone on both sides. Fortunately my dealer (Motorsaloon in Amersfoort, the Netherlands) replaced them and now they are perfect! No noise. However, I expect the wear of the bags on the brackets will resume and the rattle will return.
