Default Sissy bar/luggage rack install

New to the forum guys and for that matter new to riding. First things first I have an '06 SuperGlide. I just got all the hardware in to put on the HD quick detach sideplates sissy bar/luggage rack. Everything is HD except the luggage rack which is the kuryakyn folding rack and since I don't have saddlebags I got the turn signal relocation kit. Just looking for any advice or heads up from folks that have installed the quick detach sideplates and rails (stuff like skip this or that step or make sure to get some kind of specific tool, specific size allen wrench, etc.) Thanks in advance and I look forward to coming on here more often.

Just follow the instructions and make sure you cut the signal wires in a convenient spot to be able to splice them back together. And, make the splices nice and solid. Also, make sure you put the wires away inside the fender securely so they don't come loose and get rubbed in two by your tire. Other than that, it's fairly simple.
