Just pretend you live in the northeast and you've had 120" of snow this season, haven't ridden your bike since early November and there's a foot of wet mud on the road you use to leave your house to go for a ride.

Come on!! It's a well known fact that you never disassemble before parts are in. They never get in when they are supposed to. As far as the guy's word goes, he can't control the shipping.

Sh*t happens man. Bolt your shocks back on. It'll take you 10 minutes. Go for a ride and enjoy what you have. Deal with that lying jerk Monday. Lesson learned. No parts off if no parts in hand.
