It's a sharp bike, man. Many people have a difficult time putting what is in their mind, onto a canvas. Their creativity may lack the ability to get things in motion. Seeing a bike like yours may put it all together for them. I know it's tough, but it is the ultimate way of saying "You got a hell of a bike."
If you're really worried about it start cutting big chunks of metal off of it and see how many want to copy you then.Honestly though, I've yet to see another bike like yours anywhere, I think bobs only come in Black Denim in CA.
I've learned a lot here and it's my mission to try and give back anything I can. I try not to be "that guy" that posts replies to all the how-to threads as "do exactly what I did", rather, I attempt to say "here is what I did, and here are your other potential options, make up your own mind". I've never not answered a direct question in a thread or a PM trying to conceal the details of something I've done. I doubt anyone out there wants a carbon copy of my bike. But, I've taken many ideas from others and don't mind people taking some from me. This whole thing works because it's give and take. If someone did want to copy everything I did, I'd still help them out. But, I'm not too worried about that happening.
If my wife had a twin and I could see them both, I would be a happy man, well until they started to complain about something. point is when someone says dude your wife is hot I dont get pissed I just say "thanks". I knew people were going to look when I married her because I looked twice the first time she walked by.
Bikes are the same way, if people see them and like them they want them. until its comes to the cost.
Share your ideas andif you see the exact same bike park next to it and take a picture.
it is a sharp bike... honestly it is the only one in the duracell color i have ever seen and liked! i think your bike looks sick! i would give out the advice... chances are you live no where around the person that is trying to "copy" you... i had a guy say he wanted my bike exactly i told him great... buy it! then quoted him some crazy but still reasonable price... i still have my bike!
