Have tried lots of different sunglasses when I ride and without exception my eyes stream when I get over 60.
Am just about to order a pair of Wiley X Jake's from their climate control series but just before I throw another $100 away I thought I'd post and see if anyone has tried Wiley's and do they work?
I hope they are worth it as well, I just dropped 250(prescription lenses), on mine. I hope they are as good as I have read and heard. Mine should be here this week and I can get back to you with my opinion. I have been riding with a pair if Oakleys and they suck!
The ones I was issued when I deployed to Iraq were crap. I'd rather have a pair of Oakley's and go with that. So which model are you guys using?
Funny I found the opposite - my issue Oakleys are still unused. I did have one pair of Wileys (an old style) that were junk but I'm hook on the PT-1 with interchangable lenses. Great on the bike and I won't wear anything else in the field. http://store.selfdefensearmory.com/s...t=products.asp
Anyway, it's hard to beat the quality of Wileys for the money, and if they can protect you from IED's then they can hold off bugs and road stuff....
