I just changed my shocks out and did it the same way the trampsinger did his and it was all fine. I had a friend there to spot , just as I like to play things safe. But my spotter did nothing other than watch. Maybe its not the proper way via the book but it works fine and is quick.

well i had my little brother help me and im about halfway done. this was an expensive inch. hopefully shell look good and ride good.

I made the mistake of replacing new progressives one at a time. The new oneswere an inch shorter than the the old ones. Wound up stripping a a bottom bolt. Take 'em both off first if there's a difference in size.

I put my 11" progressives on by my self on the kickstand in a few minutes no problems

Yes both at the same time. I put mine on a jack stand. Once you've got either the top or the bottom bolts in, lower the jack a bit and USE GRAVITY to raise your swingarm so that the other bolts go in. Takes about 15 minutes.
