not sure exactly what the rev limiter is...5500 in 5th gear is 128mph...5500 in 6th gear is 150ish...you are probably just at the drag-limited top speed...what gear were you in?
those numbers are from a spreadsheet that someone gave me...you input speed or rpm and it shows what rpm or speed is in each gear...I'm not saying the bike will go that fast
That means the bikes "actual top speed" will be higher in 5th gear than 6th most likely,you agree?

yes, I agree...I try not to accelerate in 6th, only use it to cruise above 75 mph...as a rule I don't do top speed runs...too dangerous...but my "slightly modified" '07 dyna will go 125 in 5th, but only 115 in 6th
