DYNAS CAN DO IT ALL!
I agree. I was thinking about picking up a windshield, bags and a two-up seat for long hauls. You can have what amounts to two different bikes with a couple hours work.
Honestly though, I never take any of it off any more. In fact I added a crash guard for more footing positions and (eventually) additional lighting mounts. Most of the time if someone rides with me they ask to put something in my bags, and I'm the only guy with a toolkit, air pump, bottled water, sunscreen, etc in the event anyone needs it.
Does it look as sleek as it once did? Hell no. However once you get used to having bags and a windshield, a backrest and the other fun stuff the practicality outweights the style if you actually put miles on it. Eventually I'll get a road glide too and strip the DWG down for commuting on good weather days and short hops.
